⚠️ Important Interaction:
NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, diclofenac and naproxen may reduce the blood-pressure-lowering effect of telmisartan and may increase the risk of kidney problems in susceptible patients.

Telmisartan should not be used during pregnancy because medicines that act on the renin–angiotensin system can cause serious fetal harm.
